Each Member may hold only one (1) Account with WinBoleh. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any details change.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at WinBoleh's discretion at any time thereafter, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 (MYR 50) across all supported payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. All deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinBoleh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services. WinBoleh does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions are outside WinBoleh's direct control. WinBoleh's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
WinBoleh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account termination where no breach has occurred, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which WinBoleh holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority, and that no Malaysian regulatory body or dispute resolution mechanism applies to services offered by WinBoleh. Your continued access to or use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
